Job Description
About the role
As the site-level lead for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), you will oversee all IFM-related contracts, vendor performance, and budget ownership. Youll act as the primary liaison between service providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all contracted services are delivered to Takedas standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Youll support contract renewals, bid events, and service transitions, while managing technical issues that may impact operations. Youll also serve as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections, and collaborate with global governance and procurement teams to resolve commercial matters.
This role requires regular review of vendor performance and cost efficiency, driving improvements and identifying opportunities for savings. Youll work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Utilities Operations, Site Quality, EHS, and Engineering to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with site needs.

U.S. Base Salary Range : $137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
