Salary : $25-35 / hour

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Tradesperson to join our property development team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multiple trades, including drywall, painting, framing, HVAC, and / or electrical work. Responsibilities include renovating and maintaining commercial warehouses and office spaces, performing both rough and finish work, and ensuring all tasks meet safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on position suited for a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.
