New Patient Intake Representative

Job Title : New Patient Intake Representative Location : Tulsa, OK Type : Contract to Hire Compensation : $16–$18 per hour Work Model : Onsite Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented New Patient Intake Representative to join our client's team in Tulsa. This role is responsible for reviewing and registering new patient referrals while completing initial insurance verification to ensure accurate and timely onboarding. Key Responsibilities Review new patient referrals for accuracy and completeness Register new patients in the system with a high level of accuracy Conduct initial insurance reviews and verify coverage information Communicate with internal teams if additional information is needed Maintain compliance with organizational and privacy standards Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the intake process Requirements Previous healthcare, intake, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of insurance terminology is a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
