Our organization is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about leading teams and delivering high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. This role will require a hands-on approach, and the Project Manager will be directly involved in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and analyze project specifications and deliverables to ensure feasibility and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
• Ensure all construction projects comply with safety and building regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers to reach profitable agreements.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
