Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for setting technical direction and shaping our engineering culture;
• Responsible for establishing best practices and defining effective partnerships;
• Work with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product Management, Design and Research across Twitter to plan, implement, and validate solutions to user problems while pushing the Twitter for iOS experience towards the future;
• Work at all layers of the iOS stack;
• Proactively identify improvements to our product's UX / UI and our codebase to enable us to stay ahead of the curve of the constantly evolving iOS development ecosystem;
• Enable effective collaboration, high velocity execution and technical excellence within the team;
• Lead by example in terms of best engineering practices including writing engineering architecture / design documents, checking in, reviewing maintainable and extensible code with high-quality tests and documentation;
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching to our technical leads.
