Direct Counsel has partnered with a prestigious firm looking for a full-time trial attorney to join their team of personal injury lawyers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, as well as strong legal writing and trial skills.

Responsibilities of the position include :

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motions
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel
• Preparing for and trying cases to verdict
• Providing legal advice to clients

Qualifications for the position include :

Compensation :

$120,000 - $200,000 DOE

Health / dental / vision, insurance and 401(k) plan.

Hybrid - 2 days a week from home
