• Practice Setup : This is a new solo practice opportunity with the option for advanced GI work, including EUS & ERCP, although it's not required.
• Inpatient / Outpatient : The position involves both inpatient and / or outpatient responsibilities, providing a diverse and engaging practice experience.
• Provider Needs : The hospital is seeking to hire two providers to meet the growing demand for gastroenterology services in the community.
• Flexible Schedule : The hospital is open to various practice setups, including all inpatient as a GI hospitalist, outpatient, or a combination of clinic and inpatient work, allowing for a customized schedule tailored to the physician's preferences.
• Strong Referral Base : Benefit from a robust referral network and quick ramp-up, ensuring a steady stream of patients from day one.
• Licensure and Certification : Candidates must be board eligible / board certified in gastroenterology, currently holding or able to obtain a Florida medical license, and meet hospital credentialing standards. Previous experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory.
