What You Get To Do
- As a Certified Welding Inspector or Nondestructive Testing Technician you will perform maintenance on rides and attractions.
- Responsible for all ride inspections requiring Non Destructive Testing.
- Have the ability to perform as a team member in job-specific tasks.
- Ability to complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by park guidelines.
What It Takes To Succeed
High school diploma or equivalentPreference for skill set such as NDT Technician or CWIASNT SNT-TC-1A Requirements for Mag Particle and Dye PenetrantAWS QCI Requirements for all work under AWS (American Welding Society)Valid local driver's licenseFamiliar with all aspects of AWS procedures and requirementsKnowledgeable of all procedures involved with Non Destructive TestingAble to pass all tests offered for CWI or NDT Level IIKnowledgeable of all procedures used with Magnetic particle inspectionsKnowledgeable of all procedures used with Dye Penetrant inspectionsSelf-motivator with good initiative and flexibility. Should be able to organize and plan daily workload with little supervision and possess good communication skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsAble to work well as a team member and interact within a groupPerform inspections of all attractionsProven ability to plan and organize daily tasks and work schedulesKeep working areas neat, clean, and tidyDependable performance in terms of attendance, performance, acceptance of assignments, and adherence to safety policiesCross training in other maintenance trades is a plusWhat Else Is Important
