Position Summary :

We are seeking a General Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will preventative and corrective maintenance to various customer facing systems and fixtures that include but is not limited to automatic soap dispensers, faucets and flush valves, paper dispensers, door latches and locks and other miscellaneous repairs across the public areas of the CPTC.

As a member of the Enhanced Building Maintenance Team (EBMT) you may, at times, be assigned tasks outside your normal duties in order to address current work load demands.

Scheduled hours will be centered around 3rd shift primarily with a need to adjust depending on requirements or needs.

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception.
• Repair and maintain a variety of customer facing systems and equipment.
• Maintain work complete and service records for all equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.
• Operation of forklift machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
