Plant Director Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strong operational leader to manage our plant and ensure excellence in safety quality delivery cost and service . As the legal representative of the site the Plant Manager oversees all operations leads the management team ensures compliance with IATF / ISO standards and drives continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations and ensure achievement of QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives.
• Full P&L responsibility budget preparation and cost management.
• Implement and enforce QHSE policies in accordance with group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure successful customer certification and regulatory audits.
• Trigger Red Alert processes when major risks arise.
• Drive productivity investment planning and operational performance.
• Manage develop and support a team of 20 employees; ensure a positive social climate.
• Maintain order cleanliness and compliance with all HSE and labour regulations.
• Report major deviations and provide weekly performance updates to the European Operations Department.
