A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Pet Team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries to provide quality customer service

Act as a liaison for internal departments, resolving issues and answering questions

Focus on customer retention by providing exceptional service and overcoming objections

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2+ years of customer service experience

Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Proven attendance reliability
