Seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team. This position involves handling complex disputes related to trusts, estates, guardianships, and fiduciary responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate litigation, with the ability to provide strategic counsel and pursue efficient resolution of sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes, including will contests, fiduciary misconduct, and beneficiary disagreements
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Manage case strategy from inception through trial and settlement
• Provide guidance to clients on probate and estate planning issues when needed
• Collaborate with experts, including appraisers and forensic accountants
• Maintain case files and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
