Position Title :  Process Analyst / Business Analyst

Employment Type :  Contract (Potential for conversion to permanent)

Location :  Juno Beach, FL – Palm Beach Gardens (2-3 days onsite preferred)

Work Authorization :  US Citizen / Green Card Holder

Position Overview :

The Process Analyst will be responsible for mapping current state processes and aiding in the determination of future state processes. This role requires significant interaction with employees to understand their daily tasks, facilitate meetings, and work closely with IT resources to gather necessary information.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Mapping (50%) :
• Walk through office environments to understand and document current state processes.
• Engage with employees to gather detailed descriptions of their daily tasks.
• Assess efficiency and completeness of current processes.
• Meeting Facilitation (20%) :
• Organize and lead meetings with diverse IT teams.
• Extract and synthesize information from team members, including introverts.
• Team Collaboration (10%) :
• Participate in standup meetings and core team activities.
• Summarize and communicate key findings and process states to the team.
• Process Documentation (10%) :
• Document and present processes in working sessions.
