Locum CRNA Opportunity - Jasper, IN Clinical Role

• Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing
• Licensing : Open to compact license and Indiana-licensed providers
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
• Temps Available : With clean background / malpractice history and unrestricted license
• Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, PALS (All via AHA)
• Schedule :
• Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
• Call Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
• Call Schedule :
• 1 weekday call per week (mix of primary / secondary)
• 1 evening OR shift weekly (either 5 PM or 7 PM start)
• Call Response Time : 30 minutes
• Supervision Model : All CRNA practice (no MD supervision)
• Case Types :
• General, orthopedics (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN
• Some ENT, podiatry, very limited dental / peds dental
• Heavy OB
• Skills Required : Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Caselogs Required : Yes - documentation required for all 3
• Facility Info :
• 9 providers during the day
• 6 ORs, 2 Endo Rooms, 1 Cath Lab, 1 IR Room
