Job title – Snow Shoveler / Snow Blowers Job type – Seasonal, On-call The Hatch Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Snow Shoveler / Snow Blower who will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other surfaces.

This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during winter weather events.

Responsibilities :

• Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and snow blowers Apply salt to improve safety Work efficiently and safely alongside your crew Be ready for snow events, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts Requirements : Reliable, hardworking individuals who can thrive outdoors in winter conditions Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) Must be able to work safely and dress appropriately for the elements, which include extreme conditions and long hours Team players who value safety and clear communication Prior snow experience is a bonus, but not required Must be available for the entirety of the winter season Salary : $30-$35 / hour Experience : Willing to train the right candidate License / Certification : Driver's License (Preferred) Hoisting License (Required) OSHA10+ (Preferred) Work Location : On the road Benefits : We're thrilled to offer our full-time employees with a healthy benefits package including Health, Life, and Dental Insurances.
