Location : Remote (ideally Salt Lake Citybased)

Reporting to : CFO

About the Role

Own the finance function for a high-growth US business unit in the nutraceuticals and health nutrition sector. This newly created role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on accounting operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and commercial agility during rapid scale-up.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Lead all US finance operations, including accounting, FP&A, tax, and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to management.
• Perform month-end adjustments, high-level account reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with regulatory expectations (e.g., China standards).
• Generate weekly / monthly reports, reconcile department budgets, and address audit inquiries (monthly / quarterly / annually).
