About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our rental and return process, you will assist customers in different parts of the airport lots.

This is an outdoor role where you will be responsible for checking cars, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates or checking-in our cars at return, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in the rental and return process
• Check cars and enter information into a handheld device
• Process rentals of our loyalty customers
• Assist customers at exit gates or check-in our cars at return

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), a Valid Driver's License, Basic computer skills (typing, data entry), Effective verbal communication skills, Willingness to work outdoors, Flexibility to work all shifts.
