Opportunity Highlights

Schedule : 6a–6p or 10a–10p; typically four shifts in a row, about 12 shifts per month

Job Setting : Urgent Care Clinic

Patient Volume : 60–70 patients per day, shared among three providers

EMR : Epic

Solo Coverage : MD solo 6–9a; NP solo 9–10p

Travel & Lodging : Covered (mileage, airfare, hotel, rental car, etc.)

Types of Cases

General urgent care for all ages, including minor orthopedic injuries, X-rays, splinting, suturing, foreign-body eye removal, coughs, sore throats, UTIs, rashes, flu, pelvic exams, and STD testing.

Patient Mix : 60% adults / 40% pediatrics

Credentialing & Requirements

Licensure : Active Illinois license required

Certifications : PALS, DEA; ATLS pending confirmation

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Must be experienced and able to work independently

EMR Experience : Epic
