Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services for elementary students in an engaging school environment. This contract position is based in Bucyrus, Ohio, working with a K-4 caseload at an elementary school. The role focuses on direct therapy, conducting IEP meetings, assessing students through testing, and providing indirect services tailored to support student success.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students in grades K-4
  • Administer assessments to evaluate speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student learning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with state and school policies

Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license approved for practice in Ohio
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working in a school setting with elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage caseload, complete evaluations, and conduct therapy sessions effectively
