Customer Service Representative / Entry

We're looking for a

• Customer Service Representative
• to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing and tracking customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service to our customers.
• What You'll Do
• Process customer orders accurately in JDE (product, quantity, shipping, etc.)
• Communicate with customers and sales teams on order status, pricing, and issues
• Coordinate shipments and schedules with internal departments
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure SOX compliance
• Resolve inquiries about shipments, shortages, overages, and quality
• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in
• Business Management
• or related field (Sales / Marketing preferred)
• 5+ years
• of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience using
• JDE or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong skills in
• Excel, data entry, and communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Preferred Skills

Customer support, call center, inbound calls, order processing, supply inventory, and building materials knowledge.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
