Base Pay Range

Location : Remote / Massachusetts & Rhode Island

Type : Part-Time / On-Call

Schedule : Weekdays after 5 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM, and full weekend coverage.

Compensation : Flat weekly on-call pay + per-call bonus (based on activity)

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized After-Hours Intake Coordinator to manage evening and weekend calls from clients and caregivers and manage emergencies. This role is on-call and is ideal for someone who is responsive, professional, and comfortable working independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Answer or return calls received after regular office hours.
• Handle urgent caregiver callouts and client needs.
• Coordinate replacements or escalate issues to management when needed.
• Document all calls and actions taken in the scheduling system or log.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Call all new leads and prospects received during the after hours and weekends, answer their questions and schedule appointments with care coordinators.
• Be able to cover the shift as caregiver if required.

Schedule

Monday to Friday : 5 : 00 PM 8 : 30 AM

Saturday and Sunday : on-call 24 hours (as needed)

Note : This is an on-call position actual working time varies depending on call volume.

Compensation

Fixed on-call allowance per week.

Additional pay per call or per case handled.

Paid weekly.
