Job Requirements
Education Requirements :
Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program or equivalent
Certifications Requirements :
Current state license for Texas (TX), or eligibility to obtain
NBCOT certification
Experience Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working in SNF and Rehab settings preferred
Other Requirements :
Must have OT experience working in a skilled nursing facility in Texas
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to adapt to facility protocols and team environments
Background check and compliance clearance as per facility requirements

Job Description
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNF and rehab settings in Texas
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
