Location : Position is based out of our Dallas, TX office location. Position offers full remote and hybrid work options. Work hours will be based on Central Time Zone.
About the Opportunity

As part of the Finance team, you will, as the Director, Strategic Initiatives work closely with the VP, Strategic Initiatives to manage key strategic initiatives for Machinify.

50% travel both domestically and internationally to India and Philippines, with monthly travel domestically to company offices in Florida, Kentucky, and Dallas.
What Experience You Bring (Role Requirements)
A minimum of 8 10 years' experience in project management and / or leading organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge of the following industries : Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management.
Exposure and understanding of global workforce.
Experience working within cross-functional teams and resolving complex barriers to project completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal constituents.
Discreet facilitator and problem solver with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Autonomous self-starter with intellectual confidence and flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple demands and priorities.
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative-taking, problem solving capability, creativity, and capacity for innovative thinking.
Proficiency in developing budgets, fiscal monitoring and financial projections using multiple fund sources.
Bachelor's degree.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Lean or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) or equivalent program management experience.
Experience in payment integrity is a plus but not required.
