Submission Guidelines Start Date must align with, or be immediately after, the order start date. RTO (time off) must be included on the cover page and must total less than 7 days. Include all shifts the traveler is willing to work. All departments the traveler is willing to accept must be checked on the cover page. All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept immediately. Notify promptly if a traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
