Metric Geo is partnering with a leading civil contractor who are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee multiple roadway and utility projects across the Oklahoma City region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on field execution, problem-solving, and driving production.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and coordinate field crews through direct supervision of foremen
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget while resolving issues proactively
• Oversee materials, inspections, equipment, and daily jobsite operations
• Enforce safety standards and immediately address hazards
• Maintain daily reports, quantities, and cost tracking
• Collaborate with Project Management on look-ahead schedules
• Ensure clean, organized, and compliant job sites
