Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of our customer success—installing, testing, and supporting cutting-edge inspection machines utilized across industries including automotive, aerospace, military / defense, pharmaceutical, and more. No two days are the same, and your contributions directly impact our customers' efficiency and quality.
What You'll Do
- Travel to customer locations (U.S. and international) to install, troubleshoot, and maintain inspection systems
- Train customer teams on machine operation and maintenance
- Conduct testing, repairs, and capability studies at both GI and customer sites
- Provide remote technical support via phone and the internet
- Recommend and sell upgrades and spare parts (with commission opportunities)
- Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to excellence and innovation
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and ability to travel (passport preferred—don't have one?
