General summary : The talent acquisition coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing and hiring top talent to support Easter Seals Goodwill ND. This role upholds the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of employee information while actively supporting the organization's mission to empower individuals with disabilities or special needs and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develops innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies and processes to attract, hire and retain employees.
• Reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and evaluates candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
• Works closely with hiring supervisors to understand hiring needs, schedule interviews and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
• Uses a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
• Oversees and maintains the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate up to date records.
• Ensures all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Assists with coordination of new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Represents the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events.
• Keeps up with hiring trends and suggests improvements to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Assists in creating and reviewing interview questions to promote consistency, compliance, and effectiveness in candidate evaluation.
• Promotes and upholds the Mission, Vision, and Values of ESGWNDadvancing Equality, Dignity, and Independence for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, walk and stand; talk both in person and by telephone; use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close and distant focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
