Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Lead Nurture Campaign Manager to join our team to execute cross-channel campaigns that engage prospects and customers across the entire journey.

In this role, you will translate marketing strategies into technical requirements, build the execution plan, and implement sophisticated lead nurture marketing journeys that drive qualified leads towards conversion. You will use your expertise in marketing automation, data analytics, and audience segmentation-then apply your project management skills to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized experiences across email, SMS, Push, direct mail, and other outbound channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-creative, data, MarTech, and analytics-to deliver flawless execution and optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines critical thinking with hands-on campaign management and a passion for customer-centric marketing.

This role can be located in Overland Park, KS (Preferred) or Bellevue, WA

Work Experience and Education :

Base Pay Range : $76,200 - $137,400

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
