About the Role
At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to elevate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.

The Opportunity
As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to interview executive management at target companies and assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The role is based in Maryland; actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
