$65 to $70 per hour

About The Position

Optimize Imaging Techniques

Utilize appropriate kV and mA settings to ensure high-quality diagnostic CT images.

Equipment Quality Control

Perform daily calibration checks on all equipment to verify proper functionality before patient studies.

Radiopharmaceutical Administration

Administer radioactive material to patients as per physician orders, adhering to established protocols.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records by completing required logs, manuals, and charge documents.

Report equipment malfunctions promptly to comply with regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance & Safety

Conduct quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests.

Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with the ALARA principle.

Patient Data Management

Maintain, develop, and retrieve patient films and electronic data for Radiologist interpretation.

Radiopharmaceutical Preparation

Order patient-specific radiopharmaceutical doses one day in advance.

Verify proper receipt and activity levels of doses upon delivery, following institutional policies.
