Duties

You will evaluate contractor performance against contract specifications and performance standards.

You will prepare cost analysis schedules for contract modification or change orders.

You will oversee customer liaison support team across the maintenance command to ensure daily assignments are completed.

You will plan and coordinate training of department personnel and identify areas where special training is necessary.

You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and / or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.

Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Assessing contract compliance by applying contract regulations and policies; 2) Monitoring contract performance to determine if modifications, recommendations, or terminations to contracts are needed; 3) Developing performance work statements and other documents applicable to facility support contracts; 4) Utilizing contracting methods and price analysis to formulate offers for contracted services; 5) Managing workload of personnel to achieve agency goals.
