Description :

• Assists with the maintenance of all clubhouse areas, including bathrooms, pool area, tennis courts, pool café, recreation center, guard house, dining room, kitchen, and dining room areas.
• Assist the Building maintenance supervisor to oversee outside service companies to ensure job completion.
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassembling equipment.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure through regular inspections that all equipment is in proper working order.
• Performs other related duties which include but are not limited to painting, repair / maintenance, contract review, and recommendation.
• Completes with and promotes all organization policies and procedures, including the Drugfree Workplace policy.
• Follow all Electrical Safety rules according to industry and OSHA standards; follow all ladder safety rules in accordance with OSHA; follows all workplace safety rules as established by the organization and any standard safety organization covering construction, installation, and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
• Regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
