Schedule / Hours : Monday - Friday; 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM with some flexibility as business needs determine

Job Summary

Grande is growing and we're hiring for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Chilton, WI. This is your opportunity to help build something exceptional from the ground up! As our Facility Associate Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our hourly associates (employees) and leadership teams through scheduling, training coordination, onboarding, and overall administrative excellence. You will serve as a central liaison between associates, managers, human resources, and external partners while ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and front-office support, including reception duties, scheduling meetings and events, managing supplies, coordinating vendor services, and keeping shared spaces welcoming and organized.
• Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing associates, including tracking completion.
• Support onboarding and engagement efforts, including orientations and recognition programs.
