Senior Global Sourcing Category Manager

We are seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Category Manager (Water Flo Devices)   to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. This role contributes to the success of the organizations global sourcing strategy ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies supplier excellence and the long-term sustainability of the supply chain.

RESPONSIBLIITIES :

• Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings innovation and supplier value.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Drive negotiations for high-value contracts focusing on cost optimization quality delivery performance and risk management.
• Think Fast by identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions price fluctuations and geopolitical factors.
• Work it Together by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals.
• Make the Hard Call by driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $80000 USD - $130000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
