As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of Pinstripes, a premier dining and entertainment destination known for elevated Italian-American cuisine, bowling, bocce, and curated social experiences. This position is part of our shared services team and will primarily support Pinstripes locations while collaborating across our brands, including Punch Bowl Social, Voicebox Karaoke, and Sweet Tooth Hotel.

This is a Denver-based hybrid position requiring regular in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Process and post EFT payments for auto-pay vendors
• Execute weekly check and ACH runs, including bank file processing and check issuance
• Manage the shared AP inbox, vendor inquiries, and operational support requests
• Submit invoices through Plate IQ and related depositories
• Assist with vendor account reconciliations as directed by the Accounting Manager
• Support processing of Sysco and Fintech vendor payments
• Process invoices and payments through various online vendor portals
• Assist with 1099 data collection and annual reporting
• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc reporting

• Salary Range $60,000 - $65,000

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a multi-unit environment
• Experience with the annual 1099 tax filing process
• Familiarity with online expense reporting systems
• Experience with positive pay and online banking processes
• Proficiency with Compeat, Adobe Acrobat, Plate IQ, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing priorities independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. as needed
