Lowery Property Advisors (LPA) is a privately held commercial real estate valuation firm headquartered in Irving, Texas, with additional offices in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Georgia. LPA specializes in property valuation and appraisal, market research, feasibility studies, property tax consulting, right-of-way/eminent domain appraisals, litigation support, and expert witness testimony. Our primary clients include local and international lenders, private equity and institutional investors, TxDOT, government agencies, tax consulting firms, law firms, and owner-users. LPA handles commercial real estate consulting and advisory projects across a wide variety of property types, including but not limited to retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, special use, mixed use, development land, and going concern valuations.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator supports human resources and business operations by managing licensing, education, insurance, and internal administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. This role is located in our headquarters office in Irving, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate professional licensing, renewals, and compliance for employees and new hires
• Track and maintain licensing, education, and credentialing records
• Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and respond to documentation requests
• Purchase and track required courses and professional development
• Support office operations, vendors, and internal requests
• Assist with procurement requests
• Reconcile corporate card receipts and assist with expense tracking
• Provide administrative support for HR, Research, and special projects

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant administrative, HR, or operations experience (or equivalent education or training)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with systems and documentation tools
• Professional, reliable, and discreet with confidential information
