We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Unmanned Systems to lead and manage the execution of our LUS contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure timely and compliant delivery of all contract deliverables while building trusted relationships with government and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the program lead and manager for the execution of LUS contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure clear and open communication.
• Translate contractual requirements into executable technical and production plans.
• Exert mature leadership and communicate goals and objectives to partners.
• Oversee all aspects of program management, manufacturing, integration, and testing.
• Manage supply chain coordination, vendor performance, and material procurement for critical components.
• Lead cross-functional teams through production ramp-up, quality assurance, and fielding.
• Be accountable for program execution, quality, and budget adherence.
• Maintain communication with upper management on program risks and mitigation plans.
• Support and participate in program reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and warfighter demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, DoD cyber, security, safety, contracting, and inspection requirements.
• Develop and report on key program metrics including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $185000.00 - $225000.00 / hr.
