Regional Manager - Dental Operations
Location : Worcester, MA and surrounding counties. Travel to Vermont required on occasion with most travel within 50 miles of Worcester.
Compensation : Competitive salary and benefits package $85,000-$100,000

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practices within a designated region. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager will provide guidance and support to practice managers and clinical teams, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance, while fostering a positive culture and high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 5-7 dental practices within the region. Most travel within 50 miles of Worcester but occasional travel to VT required.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including production, collections, patient flow, and expenses.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and provide coaching to office managers and staff.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new office managers and team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely processes for an P / L related inquiries.
- Be able to understand and explain a profit and loss statement and make operational adjustments accordingly.
- Champion a high-quality patient experience, implementing best practices to improve satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Previous dental industry experience required.Proven success in regional or multi-site management.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.Demonstrates adaptability, collaboration, and commitment to patient care.Compensation & Benefits
