Role Description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Program Manager to oversee our portfolio of federal construction projects across the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. This individual will serve as the key leader managing a small team of project managers, ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting Desbuild’s overall operational excellence. He / she will also run projects of their own.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale federal projects, a deep understanding of NAVFAC and GSA requirements, and strong leadership and communication skills. He / she will work primarily out of our Hyattsville, MD office with travel to job site locations in the area, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support all project managers for Desbuild’s domestic projects in the DMV region.
• Manage project performance, budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent contracts.
• Serve as the escalation point for risk management, issue resolution, and coordination challenges.
• Conduct bi-monthly coordination meetings and domestic site visits to ensure project progress and compliance.
• Monitor and track schedules and financials for Desbuild and joint venture (JV) projects.
• Coordinate field management placements in collaboration with executive management.
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with federal clients and subcontractors to ensure high standards of performance
