Work Shawnee / KC Metro neighborhoods —mix scheduled warm / hot homeowner leads with targeted canvassing. Use a repeatable process ( intro → needs check → demo / offer → close ), log daily KPIs, and coordinate quick installs.

Your Role
Combine scheduled leads with consistent neighborhood canvassing.
Present clear side-by-side options; close on the porch where appropriate.
Log doors / conversations / demos / closes same day; keep zero backlog.
Confirm install / activation dates and hand off cleanly to support.
Share daily learnings (objections, hot blocks) to sharpen the playbook.
Qualifications
Strong in-person communication and resilience in field sales.
Coachable; comfortable with scripts and objection handling .
Smartphone with data; basic CRM comfort.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; U.S. work authorization .
Compensation & Structure
1099 independent contractor (commission-only)
Paid onboarding / training + performance bonuses
Typical OTE : $40,000–$60,000+ , depending on activity and territory
