Title : Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

Location : Upper Marlboro, MD

Shift : HYBRID (Mon - Thur) or Part-time Available

Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, Contractor) to provide trauma-informed counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The role requires empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to empowering clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities :

• Provide counseling using CBT, play therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and other modalities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with client collaboration.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with licensure, insurance, and legal requirements.
• Participate in peer case discussions and contribute to program improvements.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and Intake Specialists for seamless client care.
