Key Responsibilities

Optimize performance and reduce costs for clients through clean, clear dashboards with strong UI

Simplify complex UX interactions for publishing statements, focusing on logic and user flows

Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and a design director in a remote team environment

Required Qualifications

Experience in finance or insurance with regulatory constraints

Strong visual design skills and ability to sell concepts through visuals

Experience with large applications and UX-heavy product design

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Miro

Diverse industry background preferred over startup-only experience
