Duties & Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will report to the Manager of Regional Business Operations and support our Sales Leaders in the Americas regions. Your focus will be on sales tools, processes, reporting and analytics to enable improved sales performance. You will be responsible supporting forecasting, the AOP process (annual operation plan) and quota planning along with sales territory definitions (working with Sales Compensation) and sales tools support. In addition, you will support our Channel Partner Managers in the region.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Creating and managing complex Excel models and reports on Sales Forecast, AOP, Funnel Coverage, Funnel Add, Individual Attainment, Bookings, QTD Business Summary and other metrics.
• In-depth data analysis to provide insights and trends.
• Providing reports on a daily / weekly / monthly and ad-hoc basis (Excel, Tableau).
• Ensuring that Sales Reports on Tableau are accurate.

Participating in Estaff Forecast review calls, Quarterly Business Review and Yearly Annual Operating Planning.

Providing support to Sales team for MS Dynamics, Tableau, Anaplan, etc.). Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and enhancement requests for our tools. Tracking and following up on actions from key meetings you support. Project management and leading continuous improvement projects associated with any of the above (we use the A3 problem solving approach at VIAVI).

Job Posting Pay Range : 55,510 to 103,090. Exceptional qualifications, experience and location may impact salary. VIAVI offers a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, health, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and a bonus program.
