SUMMARY :

Maintaining production equipment in a highly precise manufacturing environment. This position entails accomplishing all preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and installations on a variety of vacuum, temperature control and exhaust management systems. Maintaining and replacing equipment, tools, and supplies when used, providing written documentation of repairs, palletizing / depalletizing equipment and interfacing with the customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• De-palletize and preflight vacuum pumps for use by the customer.
• Perform vacuum pump preventative maintenance.
• Deinstall failed pumps and install rebuilt pumps.
• Prepare vacuum pumps for shipment.
• Work with customer personnel to troubleshoot vacuum issues with chambers, forelines and vacuum pumps.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Gas Abatement Systems.

Salary : $30.00 / hr
