Senior Property Accountant

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards

Monitor and review financial statements, track team performance, and assist in resolving issues

Provide ongoing training and support to team members and assist with CPA audits and ad-hoc reporting

Required Qualifications

HOA experience is required

Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in property accounting

Relevant education and / or training is considered a plus
