Acquisition Analyst II / Small Business Professional
Location : Springfield, VA (On-site at Government Customer Location)
Clearance : Active TS / SCI required (Secret may be considered)
About the Role :
Do you thrive at the intersection of small business advocacy and federal acquisition? Polaris is seeking a mission-focused Acquisition Analyst II to support the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). In this role, you'll execute targeted acquisition support tasks while leading the charge on outreach, vendor engagement, and process improvement. As part of a close-knit OSBP teamyou'll be empowered to think critically, work independently, and help shape the federal small business landscape. Anticipated Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000.
This range represents Polaris' good faith estimate of the salary for this position, based on the role's location, scope of responsibilities, and market benchmarks. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and may vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to : the candidate's relevant education, certifications, years of experience, specialized skills, and internal equity considerations.
