Are you a leader in medical exercise with a passion for clinical innovation and a heart for patient transformation? CoreLife is looking for a Director of Fitness to lead our Fitness services Pillar in North Carolina market.
This is not just a job it's a leadership role at the forefront of integrated care. You'll be responsible for elevating care quality, guiding a team of skilled fitness specialists, and ensuring consistency across our clinics while adapting to an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
What You'll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and support fitness specialists across the North Carolina market
- Split your time between direct clinical care and strategic leadership / operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes and business growth
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and quality of care across the region
- Oversee and refine fitness service offerings to align with best practices and CoreLife standards
- Conduct audits, support clinics on-site, and ensure team training and compliance
- Drive innovation by seeking partnerships, integrating fitness programs, and contributing to research and development of care standards
What We're Looking For :
Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field (Required)ACSM-EP or ASEP-EPC Certification (Required)Current CPR / AED Certification (Required)Experience & Skills
Strong background in clinical exercise and / or medical fitness programmingProven leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a teamCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationTech-savvy with comfort in standard office and fitness equipment / softwareFlexibility and adaptability in a changing healthcare environmentWhy CoreLife?
