| Masker - 1st Shift

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the department Supervisor, the Masker is responsible for applying tape to product parts prior to applying metal finishing chemical and trim tape on parts with a variety of different equipment and tools

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies, cuts and applies silicone, masking tape or other specialized tape to use during the masking of specific parts from work order forms.
• Places parts on and off racks as needed.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow precise instructions.
• Ability to apply tape to all parts.
• Comfortable using basic tools.
• Comfortable around chemical environment.

ITAR REQUIREMENT:

Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Sitting/Standing for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable being exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.
• Good hand and eye coordination and movement.
