The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.
Compensation : $14 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
- Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
