California Licensed Clinical Counselor

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California.

Key Responsibilities

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while creating individualized treatment plans

Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure

Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields (Required)

Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license

Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus but not required

Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and strong computer literacy
